Platform

Will your game require multi-leveled platforms? Yes im trying to incorporate the platform based style to my game

Will there be punitive damage inflicted on your hero if he doesn't stay on the platforms (fall to death, lose heath - Mario Bros. or Contra). No his health gets effected by the damage from the enemies that throw axes at him.


Will some of your platforms be destroyable (like bricks in Mario Bros.)? I'm not to sure if im going to have breakable platforms, because i have so much more detail already in the game its going to be long enough trying to figure out the different debug errors that are popping up right now.

Character Effects

After learning about these different movie clip properties (alpha, xscale, yscale, etc), is there a particular place in your game these will be useful? Yeah I will have character effects in the actual game screen on each stage that you control the character.





Please tell me about the parts of your game, for instance, powerups or dead enemies, that will be affected by these new properties you have learned about.This will make my weapons and attacking the enemies work a lot smoother.

Score Keeping

Do you plan to do score keeping?  Yes i plan to have some sort of score keeping





Will it truly related to score, or will be a health meter or enemy health meter, or both?It'll either be just a health meter for the hero and enemy or both I haven't quite decided.

Sound Effects

Is sound an integral part of your game? Yes i think that in every game sound should be incorporated.






Do you plan to have sound effect, background, both, etc?Mine will have sound for the characters cause its a action platform game, also sounds for the buttons and probably the background.

Think about the file size all of your assets. Will your game need a preloader? Probably yes






If so, what are the major type of assets that require you to preload your game?I would say the stages that has the character and enemies interacting. Also i would say the animation of the characters moving and doing a action.

Collision Detection

How will collision detection affect your game?
 It will make my game alot more active cause my game is a platform game that deals with enemies and heroes.





What dynamics will it accomplish in the action of your game?It will allow my characters to interact more when u attack and dodge the enemies.
